Classic method rosè

Made with Nebbiolo and Pinot Noir in the traditional method with re-fermentation in bottle. The grapes are harvested in the coolest hours of the day using dry ice to preserve the grape’s character. The wine remains sur lie in the bottle during a minimum of six years before disgorgement.
